We had fun in Monte Gennaro!

On that sunny Sunday after noon, my friends Gregor, Davide and Bostian, asked me, Sunil, why can’t we go for a walk in the woods? While accompanying them in the car they explained me about the marvellous beauty of Monte Genaio, which situates around 40 km away from Collegio Sloveno. Our short journey to the hills filled with joy through various topics and jokes. Our car coved the hairpins and amazingly I looked down to enjoy the wonderful valley view. The Sun was bright, weather was cool, little clouds were floated across the sky, breeze blew on us with gentle care, and there we started to climb the small mountain. The woods were lovely fair and deep and we were making our steps ahead with hope and fun.

The nature was very beautiful and inspiring. Even then one hour walk made me exhausted, and there I realized that I am not like my friends, they are really adventures. I sat on a rock and my friends gently joined to me. A short brake brought to us power, but I was bite hesitant to proceed. I suggested, “Hi guys, go ahead and I will join you when you take the same way return.” With glittering eyes and a broad smile Davide extend his hand to me, and said, Sunil common!, without you there won’t be fun in our trip. Gregor and Bostian busted me saying that a short distance will reach us into the beautiful valley and there we could experience the richness of nature that God created for us. It was true! The valley was filled with green grass with small swirling mass of dew drops. Evening light shined the white rocks. The horses were having their food and a few were hitting ahead solemnly to accomplish what they think great. The serenity overwhelmed our harts. I sung a few lines, Davide turned his voice, hooooooooo!, Gregor zoomed us into his camera, and Bostian cheered.

The Sun monsters the sign that he is wishing to have his rest. Golden rays were shown in between the leaves and slowly touring to red. Yellow leaves, mighty trees, murmuring birds, wished to say us good by! We too thought it is time to leave. While driving back we cherished, God’s creations are really awesome.
